Absolutely best experience ever. The staff and pilot was professional and courteous and made everyone feel special. The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely do it again and recommend everyone!!

I enjoyed my experience greatly and have been wanting to go in a hot air balloon for about 30 years. It is the largest most beautiful balloon in America I get that however I guess I would have liked to go a little higher and stay a little longer. But with 18 people on board I understand why we did not go up too high The only thing that was somewhat disappointing is that the 30-minute drive at 5:00 a.m. to the desert and having to stand in 65° Chile weather waiting an hour for them to completely unpack the balloon and set up. It would have been beneficial if one crew could have at least had it unpacked on the ground ready to go. But the crew made up for that weight with a marvelous breakfast and sweet ceremony after the ride. I do totally recommend

Dealing with the 'company' is terrible. Perhaps it was a fluke. We purchased this as a Birthday gift for my 81 year old father who was recently diagnosed with a progressive dementia. We made the reservations in March for May 10th. 2 days before their trip they are notified that it is cancelled due to maintenance issues?? When trying to reschedule for sometime in the month, they made NO ACCOMODATIONS and nothing was offered to compensate. They stated that they were booked and would open reservations for Dec in June- and there was NO WORKABILITY even thought they were the ones unable to fulfill the reservation . All we got was "the Groupon is good for a year but we are booked now" My father may not be able to engage in such a joy by then. Luckily Rainbow Ryder has 5 star review and were able to accommodate my parents.

Sorry for your disappointment but as with everything mechanical, it will sometimes need maintenance. We have been fortunate to avoid cancelling any flight due to mechanical reasons for over five years. I think our extension of the validity of your third-party voucher for one year is pretty reasonable. If you don't feel one year is long enough, please call me and I will make longer. I can't however make room on sold-out flights. That would involve cancelling someone else's flight to accommodate you. I am happy you found another company with available space and hope it was an enjoyable experience for your parents.
