I’ve wanted to hot air balloon for years and finally decided to try it. I’ve read many raving reviews about this company so I thought I would try them. They are nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The crew is amazing, very friendly, willing to answer any questions or concerns, very knowledgeable about hot air ballooning, demonstrates safety, they really helped put my mind at ease while being a first time rider. Our pilot was awesome!! Our flight and landing were unbelievably smooth, I could not believe that all of that combined weight could glide so effortlessly through the air, you literally feel like you’re floating like a feather! The Pilot was also an awesome tour guide, pointing out various locations and landmarks off in the distance. The champagne breakfast was wonderful, also had several souvenirs for purchase. This is the only company I would fly with in the future. If you’re thinking of hot air ballooning, look no further!! This is the company for you!
