This excursion was absolutely amazing in all regards. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly throughout the entire trip. They were punctual with the arrival times and at take off. The crew ensured our safety at every step of the trip. We met in the parking lot where the crew was waiting and ready for check in, from there we left to our launch site. Once at the launch site, the crew was quick and friendly with set up and offering to take pictures for all of the passengers. We were able to watch the inflation process and even enter the balloon for pictures (AMAZING). I am terrified of heights, parlayed with fear at the sight of a latter terrified, but the crew was great with helping passengers board and de-board the basket. Once in the air, everything is breath taking (in the good way). After about a 45 minute flight in the air, we met the ground crew for landing which was smooth and without event. We then were invited to participate in a ceremonial grounding event, with champagne, breakfast and prayer. The entire time we were on the tour was AMAZING. THIS IS A MUST DO ATTRACTION!!!!

Our meeting location was easy to find, crew was on time. It took about a half hour to find a launch site because they had to test the wind in two different places. Other balloons were at the same site so there was a lot to watch while they were all being inflated and then it was fun to see 15 balloons in the sky at once. This balloon is the largest in the US and we were able to walk inside of it and take pictures before the flight, which I didnā€™t see happening at the other balloons. The basket holds 20 people and at first I was disappointed that it was so big. But by the end we were talking with the others and sharing pictures we had taken. The basket has dividers so you arenā€™t being elbowed and squished by others. And if looking over the edge makes you queasy there is something to lean against in the center and you can look at to the horizon instead. There is no wind and you donā€™t even realize you are moving. The temperature is the same as the ground. It was 40Ā° and we definitely needed our hats and gloves and wool socks. We flew at almost 3000 feet. Randy is an excellent pilot, answered our questions about flying and what we were seeing. He is quite pleasant and funny. Our flight was a bit over an hour. Landing was interesting but very safe and professional. The winds blew us to a residential area and we landed in a dog park. The ground crew knew exactly what to do when we had to fly just a foot off the ground and they pushed the basket to the street. We had a fun little ceremony afterward with mimosas and certificates. Breakfast was more than we expected-quiche from a baker, sausage, croissant and grapes. Our driver Earl was funny, told us exactly what was going on when we were looking for a launch site. I would definitely recommend this company
