Wow, what a fantastic experience! Our van driver was extremely informative and his life experience nothing short of incredible and interesting. The ground crew was amazing, well experienced. Its a lot of work to get the balloon up and once back on the ground quite a bit more work to get the balloon wrapped up (1500-2000 lbs). The ride was peaceful as we glided through the air, nothing quite like it. I felt very safe as the crew are very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. The champagne breakfast was also first class, table cloths, awesome food and of course orange juice/champagne. If you get an opportunity to glide through the sky in the largest (in North America) Hot Air Balloon, do not hesitate to contact this group to make an incredible memory of your own!

Wow! What an experience. These people love what they do and that's evident. Not only did they create a wonderful experience but they allowed us to be hands on with setting and packing the balloon up, the pilot was informative and educated us on the land we were flying over and how the balloon works during flight and landing. Aside from that the views were breathtaking. Breakfast was fair and the champagne was refreshing! Thanks for the experience, your team rocks!

I was a little disappointed that we weren't told that there would be no rest room facilities available for four hours. That's a little too long for seniors. The balloon ride was very nice and the crew was great!
