First time ever in a hot air balloon. not only was the experience something I will never forget, but the staff was very attentive and entertaining. ALL of them seemed to love what they do. After the ride, enjoyed a little breakfast with champagne/mimosas. I want to thank them all for allowing me to check off another thing off my bucket list. Especially cool they let you see the whole fill up and tear down process. They were all fun and helpful..

I would highly recommend Arizona Balloon Safari is you're wanting the experience of a hot air balloon ride. Randy is very experienced and knowledgeable and you know you're "in good hands". The experience lasts 4-5 hours even though you're only in the air about 45-60 minutes. You will experience everything from set-up to packing up with a picnic breakfast at the end!

I can't say enough how much I recommend this company. I had never been in a hot air balloon before AND I am afraid of heights. Our pilot Randy and his crew took extra care to find the best and safest launch spot -- and his balloon is the biggest in the US so safety is his number one concern. Watching him calculate the winds and kick up dirt was almost worth the cost of the ride! Once we launched, the ride was smooth and absolutely incredible. I felt safe and even comfortable enough to look over the side to spot a coyote below! After landing, Randy recited a "balloonist's prayer" which was funny and sweet and we had a delicious champagne breakfast with fresh fruit, sausage, croissant and quiche!!! One of my favorite memories with my new husband so far. We even got a first-timer's certificate with our names on them! Thank you, Randy and Earl and crew!! You guys are the best!!!
