My clients were unable to do the sunrise flight due to wind. The pilot notified me early am when he knew. Waiting on refund as they couldn’t reschedule for their short time in Arizona. Maybe next time! This rating is purely on response and communication from the tour operator.

We were so looking forward to our SUNRISE Balloon ride. They told us to meet in the Starbucks parking lot at 5:00 am they didn't arrive until 6:00 am ( no one to call to see if they were coming) That early in the morning 1 hour is a lot!!!!We had to drive 45 minutes just to get there. We boarded (our choice) a van with 11 other people (very crowded no masks) to get to our launch site. Uncomfortable) The ride itself was fun. The sun had already risen when we got up there, but it was fun .

Our pilot was fantastic. This was a birthday gift for my 6 year old grandson. He said, “I could stay up here for 10 million days!” It doesn’t get much better than that.
