My husband book the tour for my 50 birthday as a bucket list check off. We were told to arrive at 5:00 am we arrived at 4:50 am. Tour operators did not arrive until 5:20. After sitting almost 30 minutes we were told that we were not on the list of patrons. However I had a receipt with date and time of travel. We were asked to wait as we watched other patron load the vans for their hot air balloon adventures. We were left in the parking alone without our 290.00. Never had been so discouraged and disheartened on my birthday. Not only did we not attend the paid for event the patrons made the comment "oh trip advisor dumped another one on us". I was really made to feel terrible on what should have been a breathtaking day. Very poor communication between the third party, the company, and booking. The tour operator did apologize for the inconvenience but I have never been so hurt and disappointed in all my days.

We enjoyed our hot air balloon ride. The pilot was very friendly, we had a long flight and a smoothe landing. We were disappointed in the lack of communication though. We weren't sure of the time we needed to meet for our sunrise cruise. The only thing we saw, when we booked the trip, was that we needed to be at the pickup point an hour before sunrise. Nobody showed up so we called and had to leave a message. Finally, about 30 minutes later, we saw a van and a few other people started showing up. The other people that were going on the ride said they were given an exact time to be there. One other thing that would make the trip better would be to have a step stool to help climb into the van and the balloon.

We had a great flight!! It was absolutely gorgeous- the sunrise over the dessert, the beautiful weather, etc was amazing
