Ok, let me start by saying I am scared of heights. But I really wanted to do this. I just wanted to go for it. I am so glad we did. It was Amazing! The whole process was smooth. We were picked up at a shopping center and taken to a field and we watched the balloon get opened and filled. It was so neat watching the whole thing. Then it was time to go up. It was so smooth. It was not at all what I expected. The pilot was so nice and explained things. We went around the area and floated higher and then lower it was so smooth. I was never scared or uneasy. It was so relaxing and peaceful. When it was time to land the pilot set the basket down with no problem. After the flight the pilot said a prayerr and we toasted with champagne. It was Awesome and I want to do it again.

The staff was very professional, and they went out of their way to make everything as pleasant as possible. I was impressed with all of them. We were given a nice long balloon ride, but not too long, and that alone made me feel as through I got a good value. Safety was the crew's biggest concern, they were always taking measurements and running various tests prior to the flight, and even during. From the pilot of the balloon to the ground crew always following and advising the pilot, they were watching everything that was going on in the sky.

We did a sunrise balloon ride for my birthday. They put a banner on the balloon if you let them know it's for an occasion. Our ride was with about 8 other people making 11 people total including us and the pilot of the balloon. He was a great guy, very knowledgeable with the history of the mountains and the winery. The breakfast afterwards was very good, no eggs and bacon kind of breakfast but just regular light breakfast.
