It was my husbands 70th Birthday so we booked a baloon ride over the Temecula valley.Aside from the fact that we had to get up SUPER EARLY!! it was well worth the early rise.The basket held 13 of us plus the pilot (would have been better with less people)They had HAPPY BIRTHDAY wriien on a banner.The crew took about an hour or so to find the right location for take off.When we landed after about an hour in the air,we were greeted with Champagne and cheese & then a Birthday cake.I would love to go again but with less people.

My husband and I booked the balloon trip but he couldn't make it at the last minute. I went by myself and had a wonderful time! The employees/owners are professional and very friendly. Several couples were celebrating anniversaries and some had birthdays. The balloon ride lasted an hour once we got off the ground. The pilot was interesting and informative, pointing out different wineries, estates and telling us about the different layers of air we were in. Beautiful landscape and wonderful photos! We flew right over the tops of orange trees and grape vines. My husband wants to rebook for a flight in Spring and I can't wait! Had a great time! Thank you to everyone at California Dreamin'!

Everything about the trip was totally awesome. We had a great team working the balloon as we watched and took pictures. The pilot (and owner) explained everything throughout our flight as well as great stories about the region and the vineyards. The breakfast following our return was excellent and capped off with mimosas. A superb family-based operation!
