I wanted to take a minute and tell you how absolutely wonderful we thought the whole balloon-experience was! What a great way to celebrate our 4-year anniversary! From the initial call to make a reservation to the toasting of Mimosas, we had a fabulous time. When we arrived in the early morning, the lit-up tent and propane heaters (awesome!) were so welcoming. We were greeted by friendly, smiling folks who kept us informed about everything that was going on. Once it was time to head out, the van was already warmed up and ready for us! After a few quick stops to check the winds, we were at our launching point. It was amazing to watch how quickly the pilot and crew worked to get the basket and balloon all set-up for our trip. And when they finished getting most of the work done, they went around and took group pictures for everyone in front of the balloon! The weather was beautiful and the pilot, Ferrel, was hilarious! He kept us entertained while teaching us about how he flies balloons. We stayed airborne for over an hour and saw the beautiful wine country of Temecula. And when we landed, we were quickly whisked away to a beautiful and delicious breakfast. The food was great and we were even given a lovely bottle of cider to celebrate our anniversary. For anyone looking for a great, local, and fun activity, California Dreamin' puts on a wonderful trip! We had a great time and will never forget this anniversary! I was very impressed to see the friendly staff, and quality service this company provided. The gourmet breakfast items upon arrival from the flight hit the spot. Mimosa's were served as a traditional celebration for a successful flight. The pilot was very charismatic, and a great story teller! It was nice to see the Birthday's and Anniversary's were also recognized with a cake and a bottle of wine! The ambiance in the rose garden was very nice amongst the Temecula Vineyards. This is definitely a unique experience amongst hot air balloon rides and very highly recommended!

I booked a resort stay at South Coast Winery and Resort with a hot air balloon ride provided by California Dreamin. It was in celebration of my wife's birthday. The whole experience was terrific and I must commend the staff and pilot at California Dreamin for their wonderful humor, professionalism and culinary expertise. They provided a scrumptous breakfast treat with mimosa and a birthday cake to boot. David was our pilot and he made our ride fun and informative. I would highly recommend the experience!
