On June 19, 2010, I used California Dreamin for a sunset balloon ride along Del Mar/Solana Beach. Gale was extremely professional and gave me a great price for a private balloon ride at sunset. She actually charged me half the price of her competition...thank you Gale! David was my pilot and he had over 30 years experience flying, and it showed. We felt extremely comfortable with his flying skills. The purpose of my flight was to propose to my girlfriend and he helped make it a very special moment. He even helped us celebrate with a bottle of champagne after the flight and gave us a gift of a bottle of wine to take home. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for such a great experience!

I would highly recommend this company and the balloon experience. I am afraid of heights and felt safe and secure the entire trip. David and his family are so hospitable and welcome you to their winery. The ride was beautiful. We made new friends because of our experience. If you are not sure you want to do this... I would definitely recommend it.

After my family took a sunrise hot air balloon ride with California Dreamin, I realized that no Southern California experience is complete until you do this. This adventure should be on everyone's bucket list. Beautiful country, professional service, great food and friendly people.
