I was on another balloon ride years ago and I know this one was 1st rate! The pilot gave us blow-by-blow of our dawn ride - what was happening and described the sights of the Temecula valley. He initially flew low over the citrus orchards which was fun, then took us high for the expansive view. When it was time to land I was surprised how gentle it was. Then he brought out an anniversary sign so we could get pictures with it and the balloon basket for our FB. Afterwards, we had a tasty breakfast of mimosas, bread, cheese & fruit and the pilot's mother (owner of the company!) came over & chatted with us at length. A delightful experience!

Wow! We are so glad we added this to our trip to Temecula! The pilot was fantastic & so was the breakfast! If this is kind of adventure is not on your bucket list ... ADD IT! Hope to come back to do this again!

Booked this as a surprise for my wife's 50th birthday during our trip to the US. Everything and I mean everything was perfect. Starting at the booking process I had tried to contact another similar company but after 2 attempts I gave up and thankfully I found California Dreamin, Jeri was brilliant and walked me through the process and even went to the trouble of checking our flight date 3rd May for the past 4 years to say that they flew on this date with no cancellation ( we could only fly on this date) Arrived at 5.30am to be greeted by a great staff of guys including David our pilot. Got to meet all the other guests and exchanged stories why we where all there. experienced the team assembling the balloon and inflating before we took off and had a fantastic flight over the vineyards and citrus groves. David was fantastic pointing out all the features of the area and brought us down to a perfect landing after which we returned to the vineyard for a beautiful breakfast and birthday cake. I could not recommend this highly enough and the price was really good. Do not hesitate to book I promise you will not regret it.
