It was a last minute thing my husband and I decided on the staff is more than friendly and helpful very knowledgeable and professional. I have an extreme fear of heights and not once did I feel unsafe in fact it was an extremely smooth ride! which is more than I can say about other balloon ride companies out there that day

my overall experience was nice I just didn't like that one they made me and my husband go separated in the basket. Another thing was The complementary breakfast was more like a slice of bread and fruit with a Mamosa then a tiny cup of wine to taste. There's other air balloon rides in the area less expensive.

This was an excellent trip! Our pilot (Dillon) was very knowledgeable and proficient. He was very easy going and easy to talk to and answered all our questions. The flight crew were expedient helped every passenger with anything they needed. They even took pictures for us! This flight was for a birthday and they even had birthday banners on the balloon. The winery is beautiful and the wine is amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone! We will be flying with California Dreaming again!
