These people are a family owned business, been around a long time and safety is their main priority. They offer a beautiful continental breakfast afterwards in the rose garden. They may be a little higher in price that other balloon companies, but you get what you pay for.

I would highly recommend California dreaming to anyone looking for a hot air balloon ride in southern California. The price is very reasonable. The staff are truly amazing. The view of the valley was wonderful. The private tour is perfect for romantic occasions. My Story: I took my girlfriend on a private sun rise tour over Temecula valley. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The private air balloon is small so I was thankful our guide was easy to talk to and knew when to give us a private movement. He shared some hilarious stories that really added to the experience. The view from the balloon was amazing. The partly cloudy day may made the view especially stunning. The brunch that followed was a low key event but it was still nice. We bought a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion from the winery. Helpful Hints: 1. Arrive very early. Due to some recent changes in the neighborhood your GPS might lead you astray. 2. Perfect for romantic occasions (Proposals, Etc.). The staff do a great job accommodating you. 3. Book a trip on a wine tasting day. The ending brunch is at the family winery in the heart of wine country. If you love wine, ask the day you are booking if wine tasting is available. 4. Sun rise in Temecula is more reliable than sun set on the coast. Our guide was saying the sun set ride gets cancelled much more often due to limited launching locations and harsher whether conditions.

Dave, the owner, was skilled, knowledgable and tour guide extraordinaire! 38 years flying, we went high and low, and even just a foot above the orange groves! !!! It was nice and were among other hot air balloons. Scenic and enjoyable, even for me and I was skittish but was so worth it and glad I did it with California Dreamin' and Dave!
