Sunset Safari

Overview
We get views of the wildlife of the salt marsh that people almost never have an opportunity to see. We sail daily from April until October so we always know where we are likely to see the most interesting birds and with 25 years of experience running these tours we know where we are likely to have the best trip. Our route varies daily depending on conditions.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the sunset safari. The Captain was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and clearly loves the Cape May Harbor bird community. He was very funny and his passion for the lives of these birds was our favorite part of the experience. Here is my Facebook post about it: “ They say once you start liking birds, it’s a sign of old age. Gerardo and I went on a sunset bird watching cruise and all I can think is “youth is wasted on the young” because we loved it! White Egets, Night Herons, Black Back Gulls, Laughing Gulls, Yellow Legged Somethings, Oyster Catchers, Ospreys, American Bald Eagles, Skimmers, Spotted Plovers, Oh Boy! I can’t even remember them all. But those birds live a rich, drama-filled life dressed in cool plumage!🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅”

The Osprey never disappoints! Fun, informative and safe. Our pilot and guide Bob did a great job finding and pointing out various birds.
