Unfortunately the sailboat had a mechanical issue but Jim was able to take me out in a powerboat instead. He offered to reschedule me on the sailboat for another day or refund me but I chose to ride on the powerboat. Jim was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. I had a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone!

We were greeted with a great intro and orientation. Food, snacks, water and cokes are proviided. We motored out to sightsee the homes along Motts Channel by Harbor Island and out to Wrightsville Beach. Then turned into the wind and raised the mainsail and mix with the Laser competition school. Out to the sea break, watching the porpoises feeding around us. Back towards the ICWW thru Greenville Sound and south thru Masonboro Island Estuarine Reserve. The wind was just right to run on sail only south to marker 137 and then back to Dockside for cocktails. Truly an awesome day!

First off the captain was excellent as was the boat no better way to spend a few hours out on the water sailing through the area. The captain provided great insights of the area plus the history.
