Thanks to a great tour guide, Sandrea, the tour was amazing - educational, as well as beautiful. Sandrea explained many aspects of her Navajo culture, pointed out many named formations, and got us back in time to rake beautiful images of the sunset.

My husband and I did the Sunset Tour on October 3, 2021. Had an awesome guide - Marjorie. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. She helped make our Monument Valley tour an excellent experience! Monument Valley is so beautiful! It truly is an amazing place! Highly recommend visiting and using Tribal Tours and thank you for being ADA accommodating. Thank you, Marjorie for the private tour. Monument Valley will be etched in our minds forever! Donnie and Peggy B

My favorite part of the tour was when we sat in the Hogan and our guides sang to us. I loved it. Our tour guide was Marjory and she was great!!! She was on time (very early actually). She was personable and patient. She told us a lot about the history of monument valley and told us about Navajo traditions. This tour was my favorite part of our trip to the southwest. I highly recomment it. My biggest suggestion is to bring a blanket or heavy coat for when you are driving back from the tour because you will be in an open jeep and you won't have any protection from the wind. I wish that had been explained to us before we left. Marjory did tell me to get something warmer on but didn't really explain why and I already had two layers on and felt hot. Anyway, I should have listened to Marjory - I really advise anyone taking the tour to listen to any suggestions Marjory gives you. She was always looking out for our best interests. And don't touch the plants or anything unless you ask Marjory first because many of them were toxic to human touch.
