Great tour to experience this remarkable place. Our tour guide, Sandrea, was extremely welcoming and informative. She shared stories of her people and her family. Our 9 and 14 enjoyed learning from her. We highly recommend Sandrea and this tour company. Thank you!

Larry Team was an excellent tour guide! He gave us a very informative and interesting tour of the backcountry. It was wonderful to learn more about Navajo culture, their sacred lands, and traditions with the beautiful backdrop of Monument Valley. He had great photo tips as well! I would definitely recommend this tour.

Photographing the iconic landscape of Monument Valley has long been a goal of mine. Based on the positive reviews, I lined up a private extended sunset tour for my wife and me with Monument Valley Tribal Tours in the hope it would give me more opportunity to take the photos I wanted without the worry of holding up a group tour. Booking was easy by phone. We had the pleasure of doing the tour with Reever, who owns the company. It was a fantastic experience. He was born and grew up in Monument Valley and has a deep and abiding reverence for the Navajo culture. We learned much over the course of our three hours with him. An added bonus was that he has taken up photography himself and was able to show me a number of unique locations and vantage points to photograph. He also took time out in a quiet location to play some beautiful music on his flute, which added greatly to the feeling of awe and peace we experienced among the magnificent rocks. It was truly the highlight of our entire road trip and I hope to meet up with him again for another outing in a coming day.
