All ages 5 to 95 are welcome.

Surf experience and knowledge are very important. Teaching surf requires not only communication skills and recreation experience, but years of surf dedication. True surfing excellence comes from spending thousands of hours in the ocean, surfing different types of waves, and facing difficult conditions. We are a family owned and operated business with 40 years of surf dedication and experience. We are happy to share our experience with you by providing the highest quality Professional Surf Lessons.

Our team of certified surf instructors have vast knowledge in surf, oceanography, and surf forecast. They are CPR, first aid, and water safety certified with credentials and background required to teach surf. All instructors go through a long and intense period of training to ensure they exceed EZride Surf School’s standards. Our goal is to have you surfing in a comfortable and confident way. We will help you learn to surf in a safe atmosphere.

What's Included

All Surfing Equipment Necessary. Surf board, surf board leash, surfing rashguard, surfing wetsuit (in winter), and surf wax.

I don't have enough words or space to describe what a truly wonderful experience we had with EZride Surfing School. It started with the warm and friendly conversation we had with Laurie on the phone booking the lesson, who answered all of our numerous questions with knowledge, professionalism, and patience. I hung up feeling with 100% confidence what a great fit this would be for our 9 yr old granddaughter from Maine on a surfboard for the first time. I join the chorus of other reviewers who write about Marcelo in such glowing terms.He teaches with his heart! Experienced, patient, caring, he taught so much more than surfing! he instilled confidence & inspired a desire to master. How lucky we were to find Laurie, Marcelo & EZride! Marcello exceeded all of our expectations. We booked beginner lessons for myself, father, and sister. The rest of our family could watch from the public beach in Boca Raton. Sweet. The biggest thing is that he sets you up for success - scouting the beaches local to you to make sure there are favorable conditions, adapting to different levels of ability, and giving you clear - easy to follow directions. Plus he's friendly, and has cool stories. If you're looking for surfing lessons in SoFlo - call Marcello. You won't regret it.

We all had such a great time! We booked a private lesson for our family: mom,dad, 10yo and two 7yos. Our instructor was fantastic! He spent ample time on the beach talking us through the lesson, but recognized the kids weren't going to sit still for long. He was great in the water with everyone, kids and adults alike. Best of all, everyone caught some waves! I'd highly recommend this activity!
