We did a family of 4 private surf lessons and had a great experience. My two kids are 8 years old and one instructor kept them in the shallow water while my wife and I had another take us in the deeper water. Eventually my wife and son retired and my daughter joined me in the deep water. My kids are on swim team, so we weren't worried about any issues, plus the instructors kept a close eye on all of us. Apparently it was rough that day and we caught quite a few waves. My kids did pretty good... Fell alot but also stayed on for a few rides. My wife and I were about the same. I rode more in than wiped out, which was nice. The instructors were nice, patient, and gave good suggestions to stay up. Overall, we weren't sure what to expect but ended up having a great time.

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach! The instructors were very patient and did a perfect job! It was fun and secure! Would definitely go back!

We had a great surf lesson from Jacks! We had one adult and four kids age 7-14 and they met everyone's needs in our two hour lesson. The instructors were great with the kids and everyone got up on their board multiple times. Highlight of our vacation!
