I was super nervous about not being able to catch a wave, but the instructors were excellent and helped me out when I needed it and always cheered me on. Fantastic instructors.

Nick and the other coach (sorry forgot his name) were very patient with me, pushing or dragging my board throughout the class.

Josh and Nobi were our surfing instructors. They were beyond wonderful. Both were very patient and gave excellent instructions and advice. We had them to ourselves (family of 5), so they were able to give us individualized attention the whole time. This was our favorite activity of our entire trip, and probably ranks in top 3 vacation excursions ever in my life. The reception at check-in was great. I didn't catch the gal's name, but she was friendly. Be prepared to bring water shoes and rash guard so you don't have to spend more money buying these items while you're there.
