A blast! We are from Minnesota and have never surfed before. All three of us were able to get up and our 12 year old was the first person to stand up in the group. Very knowledgeable instructors. They were caring and helpful. Will be surfing again

Learning to surf in Waikiki was on my bucket list before moving off the island... and after going out with the Big Wave Dave crew, I wish I would have signed up to do this years ago! I am not a strong swimmer, but these guys made me feel very comfortable and were excellent instructors! I got up multiple times and rode some long waves in! It is definitely a MUST if you're staying in Waikiki. The coffee shop is great too! Thanks again BWD for giving me a new hobby!!
