Patricia was a wonderful driver. She stayed in contact with us the whole time until she was able to pick us up. She was a very polite and sociable. She got us to the airport with no problems. I love using this service and would recommend any orb he drivers.

Viator was Great From Frank picking us up from Air port to Hampton Inn and back from Hotel to Port of Miami everything was great Johnny picked us up from port of miami and to the air port we went to the wrong airport we made a call to Viator and she call the driver back and he turned around and picked us up and got us to the airport on time so a shout our to Johnny with Viator our personal driver thank you.

We had 10 people in our party, we came off of NCL in a panic hours later than we should, our other shuttle was 1 hour away in traffic because of that crash in the canal. I found Sandra in the mass ciaos of almost 4k people and cars trying to find rides. She took total control and led my family to a 14 passenger Shuttle that was able to fit all of our luggage and people. We got out of the disaster of the moment.. They were reasonable and friendly. That night, I booked with Sandra again.... to get our family to the airport since our flight was missed and changed to the next day. The drive was actually 15 minutes EARLY... was the most friendly person. Waiting for all my sleeping children to wake up---- Got us safely to the airport. Thank you so much...
