Driver never showed. I called 5 times and texted 3 times with no response. Was forced to take an Uber.

Our Senior Chauffeur contracted COVID-19. This is what caused the missed pick up and unanswered messages. To make up for your bad customer experience I would like to offer you free black car service for Valentines Day. This has been elevated to the CEO and he will be giving you a call to rectify this matter.
