We reserved the trip in advance trip on-line. On the day scheduled for our cruise (Wednesday, Sept. 23), I approached the harbor master at approximately 12:00pm to inquire as to the trip still taking place. The harbor master referred us to the ticket station on the pier for answers to our questions. After walking over to the pier on which the ticket station resides, we spoke with the reservation specialist manning the station. The young lady on duty assured us the sunset cruise was still scheduled to take place, then informed us to be at the pier at 4:30pm sharp for the 5:00pm departure. She also explained that we were permitted to bring snacks and soft drinks but no alcohol. We returned to the pier area at 4:20pm, and were saddened to discover that a sign had been posted cancelling the cruise that we had been so excited to take. No efforts were made to contact us in advance of this cancellation, and there was nobody on duty at the ticket booth.

Amazing view of the harbor! The captain/crew were great people to talk to. Took safety as a priority but wasnt over-bearing!

Price was $75 a person for a 75 min ride up and back, not "around" the harbor. $35 at most should have been the cost per person. The music was a guy walking around with a guitar playing and singing, he seemed like a real nice guy but was not very good. Beer was reasonably priced but not much of selection. The drinks were served by a kid reaching into a cooler by himself. Views were nice but it was too quick and not very fun or romantic.
