Boat inoperable no cruise. Not notified. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this to anyone. ‽‽????????????????‽????????????

I agree. We must make weather choices on operating for your safety. We make those at 7 am. We inform your ticket supplier of that so they can inform you (they do not give us contact information for you. and they give us a relay system through them only) . We have made issue of this to them many times with no change. We are sorry but you should make you complaint to the supplier of your ticket
