It was a history tour but all the fun facts about Tampa’s history that was told up to and including COVID with the cruise ship leaving behind us made it better than expected.

Captain Larry was knowledgeable and funny. However it would have been better if there was ice on the water in the cooler. It would also be nice to have better information about site for boarding. At least a sign to let you know.

Information provided by viator did not accurately describe parking difficulties or street blockades. I called to tell company we could not get to the site, but he laughed and did not offer refund. We tried to get there very hard.

First our staff NEVER respond to a guest concerns in a poor manor. Refund terms and conditions are set by Viator and agreed to by you when you book on line. We have no control of there terms. If you asked us "is there a refund when we miss the departure." we must repeat Viator rules "no". If you called us and asked what we can do, we would have made you some offers to make up for your missing your departure. But instead you left a 1 star review closing any doors.
