I liked this trip. The travel guide was nice and knowledgable. I wish the direction of how to find the pier would be a little clearer. We almost missed the boat since we could not find the pier #3, which is kind of to the side of the building. The motor of the boat was sometimes louder than the microphone. Other than that, everything went very well and we enjoyed this trip.

On the morning of the tour, I called to see if there was room for 5 people and to make sure the weather would be okay. I was told everything would be fine and I could pay at the departure point. After driving an hour to get there and boarding the boat the captain asked who did not have reservations and then said we had to leave because there was not enough room. I was honest, but I know other passengers who were not and got to stay on the cruise. It was actually a blessing because the boat was of very poor quality compared to the pirate water taxi which we ended up taking instead. There was also a very small section that was covered and so when it rains, most of the people on board would get wet. I did not see a speaker system either. The pirate water taxi is hop on hop off, fully covered and there is a bathroom and drinks for purchase on board. It is only $20 for all day which is also cheaper. The pirate water taxi also gives narration on the northbound route as you pass the sites nearby.

When you called we told you we were fully booked. and you may come as standby if others that were pre booked did not show. We welcomed counted guests and welcomed everyone on board.When all prebooked guests did arrived we checked and did ask you to disembark. As you did not have the experence of our professional history guides and route that our boats are able to go . And free beverages,

First of all, the guy arrived with the boat about 5 minutes before scheduled to leave. We sat in the back of the boat near the motor so only heard about 70% of what he was saying. No beverages offered as promised in the tour description. The tour was only 30$ apiece so not a lot of money. Just a bit disappointing.

We are sorry you felt disappointed. We arreive with enough time to board and depart on time. We do have beverages that are FREE in the cooler that was just in front of your seats. If you made our staffe aware of any needs you had the would have turned up the volume of our PA system and would have directed you to change your seat if it were an issue.
