Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

such a terrible experience. friendly staff with a horrible manager. They called us an hour before our flight time to say that we were late and we had to pay these ridiculous late fees ($100 per person) and there was 4 of us. there was a storm that rolled in before we got to the helicopter and we had to wait it out and after an hour of waiting they informed us that they will not refund ANY of it. They claimed we “gave up our right for a refund when we came late” $1000 down the drain and they refuse to give it back. super scummy buisness practice and i wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to book with them

Your flight was for 5pm and your check in was at 4:15 our office called you to find out where you were since you never called to let us know that you were going to be late because you did NOT read your the information on your reservation. You checked in at 5:06 and your flight was already gone, technically your flight should've been forfeited as it states on your booking. Since you agreed and paid the late fee of 100.00 per person and we put you up as a courtesy and we also told you that you had 1 year from the booking date to reschedule if you chose to. It customer responsibility to READ and follow directions as provided.
