Taste of Santa Fe Wine and Dine Lunch

Overview
The Taste of Santa Fe Tour is unique because it features 3 of our top spots in Santa Fe, highlights our favorite historical points of interest, and wraps up with our favorite hidden gem for dessert. This tour has a bit more of a upscale theme, is eclectic, and happens to be our top tour. We will provide information about the history of Santa Fe, our food, culture, and historical points of interests. This tour includes a full lunch, n/a drinks, alcohol pairings (Such as wine, margaritas, or local beers), as well as dessert. This tour meets at 10:45am near the plaza (Exact meeting instructions will be found on your ticket), starts at 10:55am and lasts 2.5-3 hours. **NOTE** This tour may feature New Mexican inspired foods and can be spicy for some guests. We don't recommend this tour for anyone with serious food restrictions and minimal walking ability.

Nick was thoughtful in adjusting our walking schedule to avoid a very brisk (piercing!!) wind on the day of our tour. He is very knowledgeable and personable. At our first stop which featured a lovely warm pork chili dish paired with wine he took time to explain the history of posole and the building in which we had the tasting. Nick was great in fielding questions from individuals and at our next stops he did explain what we would be served. Our party of 7 agreed that it would have added to the experience to continue with a "lesson". It would have been interesting to hear more about other developments of food/history/cultures in the area. There is no doubt that Nick knows the food scene and SF history, but having been on other food tours we felt this was one area in which we would have liked more information. That said - the tour overall was very well organized, we experienced a nice range of food/drink and we got great tips on where to dine in SF!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback. I'm not sure what type of lesson you are referring to but our guides are very good about asking guests to voice their specific interests throughout the duration of each tour, all while providing any and all information about the areas that we venture through. We encourage all of our guests to fully speak up and utilize our services as a resource during our time together and provide a last opportunity at each of our final destinations to ask lingering questions. Looking forward to seeing you all again in the future!

A definite must-do in Santa Fe. We've been to Santa Fe dozens of times but despite that on this tour we discovered places we've never been to and learned some interesting facts about Santa Fe we didn't know. Our guide, Nick, was terrific..very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves sharing gems of Santa Fe.

Nice tour. Nick, our guide, was knowledgeable about both the food and Santa Fe history. About a mile of walking and some nice stops. Also some additional suggestions for restaurants.
