Had a wonderful and comedic tour guide for the Pike Place Market. Educational and confident tour. This tour was a late birthday gift and one of the best gifts I have ever received. The food tasting was good and plentiful. You are filled up before the tour even ends. Tour was over an hour in length so comfortable shoes are suggested. We had great weather, but you are near the water, so consider that when you tour.

We met Marcia at 10 am for a two hour tour of Pike's Market and she did not leave us until almost four hours later. Being a Seattle native, she is a font of information on the market, its vendors, its history and the importance it plays in the city. We tasted everything from gelato to truffle oil, fabulous yogurt to salmon sandwiches. Her enthusiasm is boundless and she makes the tour lots of fun.

Thanks for the great review, Carol! Marcia's enthusiasm *is* boundless, and her love for the market and its food and history infectious - so glad you had such a great tour. Cheers, Leslie

We toured the market with Marsha. The tastings were fine, but she could not stop from talking incessantly about recycling and how 'green' their company was. At one point she disappeared briefly with our used plastic tasting cups from one venue and reappeared saying she had washed them for our next tasting. Yuck, washed them where, how and with what???? Another thing we objected to was her showing us a statue of Sasquatch and telling us it looked just like George Bush. Hmmmmm, when will tour guides learn we're not there for their political commentary.
