This was the worst experience I have ever encountered!!! And the customer service was just as bad attempting to resolve my complaint. It was a very cold afternoon no fault of the company but it set the mood and added to our horrible experience; because the bus to pick us up was delayed and we had to wait in the cold until it arrived. Let me back up the description of the pick up location was not helpful either we had to ask people on the street. The idea of the experience of touring the town sipping tea was ideal but soon destroyed with (1) first round of tea was skimpy although the server was very nice and listen to our complaint (2) I am not sure what was going on with the bus but it stopped on multiple occasions as we waited for the route to continue -this was not part of the tour there was no talking or explanation given on why we had multiple stops ; and one of the stops caused us to be at a stand still for at least 30 minutes; again no explanation given (someone said which was of the passengers, and they saw the driver go into to a store to pick up some liquor and that they had taken a picture of that) but this was denied by customer service the driver did have us (the passengers ) wait while he picked up some kind of drink (3) some of the sandwiches bread crust was hard like they were set out too long (4) It was suppose to be a tour but young gentleman was not able educate us at all on any part of the city; it was mentioned by the tour guide that he was unfamiliar with the route that was driven on that day, so he did the best he could by entertaining us with his talent(s) by singing, he was nice but he was placed in a very difficult position; so we rode mostly in silence (4)and the last straw!! Our drop off was not where we were picked up and we was informed that the bus had broken down and that we had to get off, when customers begin to inquire to the team lead of the bus : our concerns were not answered and was given attitude! Which was not acceptable ; the passengers were very calm inquiring what was going on. so I asked for the customer service # and get this : as soon as the last person got off which was my family the bus pulled off and drove away UNBELIEVABLE ! Please see video( I AM UNABLE TO UPLOAD) . I have pain in my feet (plantar fasciitis ) which did not help me having to walk so much further from our drop off point and the driver had the audacity to dropped us off away from the curve. This also caused me to be late for another event I had planned after the tour due to the multiple unnecessary stops and where the drop off point was. I phoned customer service: They informed me that they could not help me because services were rendered and the only thing they could do for me was to offer me 4 tickets to take another tour!!! Are you kidding me!! , I was visiting Atlanta ; I don’t live there that tickets will not do me any good. I am out of close to $400.00 which included tax and a service charge for this despicable outing! And you expect me to return to such an experience. You got to be kidding!! I sent several emails and made multiple phone calls. I hope anyone reading this can get a visual of my experience . I would not recommend or wish this torture on anyone esp. if they are thinking they are about to make some incredible memories!
