the care of the owners and their sweetness was the best part. it was an awesome experience. i already wrote a review but it doesn't hurt to write another one. it was my birthday and one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. i am planning on coming back very soon. the personal tough is uncanny. i went with my two sisters in a private ride and they loved it as much as i did. thank you!

This trip was incredible ! Three in our family had milestone birthdays. With covid, I researched and called several companies wanting a private including transport to launch and from landing site. NO other company could offer us a flight without possibility of having to van transport with 12 other folks. No thanks. Actually was getting ready to give up until called Cielo. They were exactly what we wanted, small family run and friendly! Truly the larger companies, while answering my questions weren’t personable. Kate and Eric, the owners are quick to respond, very friendly even got back to us the night before when I started worrying about clouds! Eric flew us, he is respectful , knowledgeable , informative and wore mask. Also has commercial pilot training which made my husband relax lol! I read many reviews of companies w rude pilots, noisy guests and bad landings. We did not want our day ruined by any of that! Our flight in Temecula was stunning, sunrise on distant mountains, can’t put the view into words but it was wonderful! Had very soft landing and Kate who is incredibly kind and friendly had our birthday cake waiting with champagne toast!! I hardly ever review unless somethings great and it was. We almost passed up Cielo because I couldn’t find tons of reviews , but trust me don’t! They’re awesome !

We booked a private flight with the owner/pilot Erich to celebrate a birthday and anniversary (family of 4 with a 16 and 10 year old). We could not have been more pleased from start to finish. We felt completely safe the entire flight, even the landing. We are looking forward to booking again!
