It was amazing, the people was so friendly and our trip was special cause some guys jump to skydive. The view was also lovely.

My son and I had a great balloon ride with Joe and the Cielo team this. Professional but also personal. Smaller groups than some of the other operators which made it more enjoyable. (This morning we were the only guests!) They are great about staying in touch and confirming the weather/timing the evening before the ride. Would recommend this business to anybody considering a hot air balloon ride in Temecula.

It was truly an amazing experience. I really recommend it to anyone. We later found out that our pilot and the owner of the company is ACTUALLY a commercial flight PILOT !!! He made flying in a balloon very comfortable and exciting.
