Emanuele was great! He was friendly & patient when rounding up my group of 10! I do wish pal mountain would give a more intimate experience for those doing a tour. We were all In a desperate room unaware of what the rest of the winery offered

This was one of the best experiences ever! I booked this as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and he was blown away. Joe and Theo were punctual throughout the process (meeting us on time at the pick up spot, getting us to the flight location, the flight experience and then dropping us back off at the pick up point). They both were kind and informative throughout the process and made us both feel very comfortable and safe for first time balloon riders! The champagne and cupcakes at the end of the ride are a nice touch :) I would recommend this experience to all of my friends and family. It truly felt like a unique experience and we had such a blast.
