The trip was so amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go super high but was very interesting ride. Some guy was acting very erratic and very bothered by us flying over the vineyard. He followed us all over but when he confronted with cursing, our pilot Brian was so professional and engaged him without any cursing. He was patient and very kind. I want to fly again with Brian. He’s that awesome. Very kind hearted and explained a lot of the mechanics of the hot air balloon to where we can understand.

We had such a great time. Best birthday present so far... Our driver was awsome he really made the ride comfortable and kept us all laughing. Will definitely come back with my family

On the time I purchased my tickets it said breakfast and wine testing included non of that happen so to me it's i lie why post something when it's not true

Both breakfast items and two for one wine tasting tickets were included with your package. The Temecula flight includes the balloon ride itself, a champagne, juice, or mimosa toast, a selection of individually wrapped breakfast items, free pictures, a commemorative flight certificate, and two for one wine tasting tickets to 6 local Temecula wineries as well as other discounts. I have confirmed with our staff that you received all of these items Reimberto. Perhaps your expectation of breakfast was different, but due to COVID-19, all our food items must be individually wrapped at this time.
