You advertised a shared balloon and I was led to believe it was the four of us. You said the balloon had a door for entrance which was necessary for our elderly group. You said the meeting time was 6 AM it was not, it was 6 30. We didnāt even get on the balloon ride till eight. There was no breakfast at the ride either. My husband had to have two young guys lift him in and out which was humiliating and there were 15 people in our balloon crammed together during COVID. You should get your stories straight before taking our $756.00. Our balloon pilot was fantastic, the crew was great but it is your false ad that I object to.

No falsity here. Your party of 4 had your own compartment in our shared basket ride. You booked online so not sure where this True/False claim comes from. I can only imagine you have misunderstood our offerings, but you certainly could have purchased a private flight. Our shared basket balloon rides require a MINIMUM of 4 people to conduct the flight. Our shared basket rides range from 4 to 20 people which are dependent on bookings. Bookings vary widely by date. This morning, for example, our shared basket went out with 6 people. We have 14 different balloons in our fleet, all different sizes. Most of the baskets have doors but not all. To guarantee a door basket, you must book a private flight. Balloon rides are like Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. You can't fly a balloon too heavy or too light. There is no social distancing in a balloon or chase vehicle, so masks are required. Our meeting time shifts with the sunrise times. In December the meeting time is 6:30 AM as stated in your email confirmation and on our website. Due to COVID-19, we provide individually wrapped breakfast items in addition to the champagne, juice or mimosa toast. We provided everything we promised for the balloon ride.
