Many of our baskets have doors for a walk-on experience.
No climbing over a 5 ft wall required. Door use dependent on safety.
Our pilots are very experienced and have been on national television.
Your souvenir photos are taken by a professional photographer.
A weight fuel surcharge of $25 if over 225 lbs., $50 if over 255 lbs.
Weight surcharge due at check-in.

We'll fly over vineyards, wineries, orchards and luxury estates. We'll see wildlife, local lakes and mountains with distant ocean views.

Did not receive what I was told was in the package and the time was shorter than told. The ride was nice.

This reviewer was offered a champagne, juice, and mimosa toast plus an assortment of individually wrapped breakfast items, some of which are vegan and some of which are not. She declined them at the time they were offered. Others did not. I understand that the reviewer is vegan and Nancie didn't like seeing a slim jim among the assorted items. However, to claim she didn't receive the items because they weren't offered is a falsehood.

Very unorganized and not on time. Would like a refund. This was ridiculous and dangerous and frankly a waste of money

Ms. Amoroso, very sorry you feel that way. We flew 82 guests on Saturday, March 27th. All flights went off without a hitch and all items advertised were provided. I would recommend booking on a weekday or a private flight if you want a more intimate experience. We sell out most weekends. Although the winds picked up and changed direction on March 27th, all flights operated and landed safely, although landing in unusual locations. That is the nature of ballooning.

It was my first time on a hot air balloon ride. I had a really good time. It was so refreshing and peaceful.
