No climbing over a 5 ft wall required. Door use dependent on safety.
Our pilots are very experienced and have been on national television.
Your souvenir photos are taken by a professional photographer.
A weight fuel surcharge of $25 if over 225 lbs., $50 if over 255 lbs.

We'll fly over vineyards, wineries, orchards and luxury estates. We'll see wildlife, local lakes and mountains with distant ocean views.

The staff is very rude not that friendly. They told all the baskets have a door that’s why I opted for this but it doesn’t have I particularly called viator customer service they also confirmed that, however it was not available at the site. When asked they didn’t respond well, it was very difficult for my parents. In addition they asked us to come at 5.30 am but the boarding and ride started only at 8.30 am!!!! I wouldn’t recommend for a group with elders and kids. Plus the sites they flew over weren’t that scenic another misinterpretation on the post. Overall it wasn’t a great experience. Also they had young crew that helped them pack and unpack the ballon, the young kids did a great job I appreciate them, but they are not treated very well.

We certainly didn't mean to be rude. We had one party in this group of 4 balloons, an Indian family, who were extraordinarily demanding and had expectations very different from our other balloon riders. I am the owner and had to personally step in to make sure they were treated with kid gloves. I will hazard a guess that it was your party. I personally drove you back to our meeting site after the flight at 8:30 am in my hi-top van, so your review is definitely an exaggeration. Our staff of 4 pilots and 15 crew did a great job on February 28th. Pity you didn't have a good time. Everyone else did.

We asked for a shared balloon ride for four and there were 15 people in our balloon. We were told to meet at 6 but it was really 6:30AM. We asked for a door and book specifically with you because you advertised a door. Also this my second time writing this review as you apparently didn’t get the first one. We are all 75+ and had to climb over a five foot wall. Some had to be lifted by the crew.

Thank you for your review. You booked a SHARED basket ride with a minimum of 4 people. Your group had your own compartment. You could have booked a semi-private flight for your party for a smaller balloon or a private flight if you wanted to book your own balloon. Our doors are in our semi-private and private flight sized baskets. We also have a weight fuel surcharge for people over 225 lbs. I am biting my tongue now since it is 2021. Happy New Year to you.

The pilots tended to be extremely rude but aside from that the scenery was absolutely beautiful and flight was smooth.
