History of the area was lacking. Travel guide not really knowledgeable. Only two tacos and two margaritas. Have taken many food tours and this was no where near as great as the others.

Hi Amanda! I'm bummed you found the tour boring. There is so much fun history of the area, and it sounds like our guide didn't do a good job at sharing it. There are 2 taco stops and a dessert stop on the tour, and while we have felt that the amount of food is sufficient, it's insightfuil to hear otherwise. We will work on another stop. The issue after COVID has been pricing, and we are trying to keep the price of the tour at $75, but we may need to raise it for another stop. Restaurants are no longer giving us breaks on pricing, unfortunately.

This was my first visit to San Diego and JENN made it absolutely memorable! The food was great, the drinks were great (I recommend spending a few bucks and buying the big drink options), and the scenery was great! Jenn was very knowledgeable about everything! She made sure to engage with everyone in our group and she made it fun for someone who isn't very sociable like me. If your in town definitely check out this tour and see if you can have Jenn lead it. Cheers!
