We had no idea that gravesites were under the sidewalk and street. We had never eaten at Cafe Coyote and had no idea it could seat hundreds, and did have great tacos. The walking tour around Old Town and Memorial Park was great. Our guide was superb. Highly recommended.

It was not a food tour. We literally sat and ate dinner with random people and then were trudged around like a school field trip. Our guide was great and was making the best of the situation, but we should have been notified that it was no longer a food tour in advance. If we wanted a tour of the area and then to sit down and get dinner we would’ve done so. Also, most of us felt really sick after the tacos.

Hi there! I'm sorry for the delayed response to you. At the time that your tour went out, we hadn't been notified that tickets were being sold until a week prior. We scrambled to get a tour together, and there was some uncertainty with some of the restaurants. We thought the tastings at the 2 spots (a restaurant with tacos, margarita, and tequila taster, and a churro spot) plus the walking tour of the area would be a good alternative. I'm so sorry you didn't approve, and I'm really surprised about the sick feeling from the tacos. This comes to a surprise to me because the restaurant we go to has been known for years as one of the top Mexican restaurants in San Diego. You may contact me to resolve...Thank you, Bianca (619)233-8687

I enjoyed myself at Old Town San Diego. Cute little town. We didn't do the tour, but we did walk around and had a great time. I was so excited to be able to wine tasting. The wine was good with chips and salsa. The lady was really nice. Make sure you wine taste and stop by the cute little store with bath salt, make your own candles, bath fizz balls, etc... also enjoy the food down there. I will go back once everything open up. Ir's a nice walk so have on comfortable shoes.
