Horrible experience got as a surprise for someone and it was a disaster guide a no show left waiting in busy area restaurant staff had no clue

This was an unfortunate situation. We did reach out to the phone number we had on file, called, left a voicemail and texted to let you know that the tour was cancelled. At that time we refunded the tickets, and even offered a complimentary tour to redeem ourselves for the inconvenience we caused. We are so sorry that you didn't get the notifications, and could have gone a little further to make sure you received them.

Our Tour Guide Scott was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about San Diego’s/Old Town San Diego’s history! Good stories and amazing food choices! We were definitely satisfied by the end of the tour! We pretty much walked all of that area and it was entertaining the whole time!!
