It's an ok experience. Our guide Dani was knowledgeable and friendly however the tour didn't do anything for me. Seeing dark buildings and hearing a story about someone dying in them maybe a turn on for some people. Viator also sent me to the wrong starting point. The tour operator mentioned that they have informed Trip Advisor/ Viator many times of the new starting point but they still keep sending the erosion information out. Contact your tour operator directly to confirm the starting point.

A must see! Our tour guide Dave was super knowledgeable and a great storytelling. We learned a lot about Birmingham’s history as well as some spooky facts about each place.

Was very good and informative. The only part I was questionable about was going down the dark alley blindly. There were homeless laying back there, and you couldn't see them until you're literally standing right over top of them practically. That made me uncomfortable. Otherwise was well done and guide was really nice
