We loved the show! Brilliant and hilarious! However, DO NOT book through this service. It was a terrible and time consuming experience. I would rate it less than 0 if I could. It is so surprising because we have such positive views of Trip Advisor. Viator is a entirely different thing! Not only did Viator NOT email our tickets in advance but we were charged for the $179 tickets that I selected 5 weeks ahead of our date and had to sit in the first row the day of the performance because apparently that is all that was left. We called the helpline and talked to a Viator agent for more than an hour! She tried but was of no help at all despite the fact that we had our booking and payment information handy. We wanted the seats we had paid for or a refund for the difference between the seats we paid for and those we got. DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISOR AND VIATOR TO BOOK BROADWAY TICKETS. They said on the site when I paid for my tickets that there were no additional service charges which was reflected in the amount I paid for two tickets. The helpline person said this was not the case and that there must have been service charges. The Book of Mormon show was so terrific and we done spending anymore time seeking redress. Viator clearly didn’t deliver us the tickets we paid for. Dissatisfied Viator Customer

Foul language and disrespectful subject matter. Satirical but too much so for our taste. Lots of gay insinuation. Just not our taste. Each to his/her own.
