I liked learning a bit about how St Paul became such a popular place. I also enjoyed seeing the wide variety of architecture throughout the neighborhoods and the city. It isn't cold once you get started!

I am visiting the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for the first time. This walking tour brought the history of the cities, especially St. Paul to life. From Michigan’s start as a territory to its statehood in 1858, through the Gilded Age and more recent times our guide provided interesting insights into the city’s development and architecture and famous names that played a role in its history.
