My 7 yrs old daughter could enjoy more at the climbing wall site. Cheaper one. Epic sky trek was too difficult for her. she couldnā€™t reach the rope clutches. So it would be helpful to know that certain height needs to do that. If i knew, either i would join with her or not let her join in Epic. She was with older brothers but they had to help her all the time so they got stuck with her at the lower level. One of my son quit less than 20 minutes i asked if i can have his equipment. Obviously they said no. I get that. Rules are rules. But $50 gone so quick. And my two kids up there and struggle to get on and off the clutches. It looked hard. Anyway my two kids said it was hard but they were so proud of themselves.I purchased thru tripadvisor and i paid more than $150 for three. And when i was there it showed i only paid $117. I showed receipt and for all three same ticket. And they said i have to pay another $15 more for same ticket. I donā€™t understand but I donā€™t want to figure it out at there for saving $15. After reading reviews Most people say highly recommend it. sorry not for me this time with little children. They will fit more the ninja site. I wished i knew.

Hi there! We are sorry to hear that your group was unable to fully enjoy our Epic Sky Trek course. We understand that our course can be challenging and want everyone to have the best experience possible. On our website, it states that children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. On our Kid's Course (the first level of the Epic Sky Trek), children must be able to reach a height with their arms outstretched of 4'11". If they would like to go on the higher levels, guests need to be able to reach 6' or be accompanied by someone who can assist clipping in. There are different levels of difficulties on our course based on the participant's adventure-ability. We apologize for the inconvenience they experienced of being unable to reach the clip in points. We see that you purchased two full course passes and one kid's course pass through Viator. Please give us a call at 720-733-9477 at your convenience to discuss the reservation issues you had. Sometimes booking through third parties can cause discrepancies, but we would be happy to answer any questions you may still have regarding the payment. Once again, we apologize that it was not the experience you wished, but we hope to see you again this summer!

We had fun, although it was a little busier than I would have liked. There were a few points where there was a ton of people piled up and trying to get around each other with the safety lanyards. Quite a few parents just let their kids go up on their own and we ended up having to help many of them because they couldn't reach things. Parents were down below staring at phones..... Maybe a rule about kids under 12 needing to have a parent with them on the course should be enforced? Staff was nice and helpful. Best for kids 8+ probably.

My boys and I loved this! It was a great way to get out and be challenged! Remember to bring sunscreen and water! They have some there but I would take more. You can bring coolers too.
