Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.

From the booking process to the communications prior to flight day and the fantastic staff throughout (security, check-in, briefing, airfield, pilot), Charm Aviation/Liberty Helicopters treated me to an exhilarating and incredible experience - one of the best souvenirs I will ever keep from a trip! The pilot was terrific, loved hearing his commentary whilst taking in the spectacular views and absorbing all the details that can be seen from above. There was a last-minute scheduling conflict due to delays that meant the initial flight I was going to be in couldn't take place, but they rapidly rebooked me on a new date with great flexibility and offered a very rewarding compensation - customer service was outstanding! Don't miss this chance if you get it, it was my first time on a helicopter, and I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend flying with Charm Aviation/Liberty Helicopters!
