Most amazing costumer service! Super friendly and encouraging! They even let us watch how the room finished when we missed it by a few minutes!

My husband and I did Prison Break for his birthday and it was SO much fun!! This is our first escape room and it is very challenging. We did not escape, we were one clue away from the 3rd room! So we will be back!! :) We are looking forward to doing other rooms as well! Our advice is to communicate well, and to be resourceful. Think outside of the box! There were a couple of things that stumped us but then it felt amazing to overcome it. So proud of us and how we worked together. Can’t say enough good things, and our host Christine was awesome! She was very nice and helped us along the way. Very encouraging at the end as well, to make you feel good about what you achieved and how far you’ve come. Awesome experience, easy check-in, and every employee we encountered there was A+!
