I guess I shouldn't have expected much for $5. I found the starting point and the only instruction was to walk 8 blocks to the Riverwalk. Although we passed a number of interesting buildings nothing was said about any of them. Upon reaching the Riverwalk, I received no further instructions and continued on my own.

Hi Ron, We're sorry you had difficulty using the tour. It actually includes in-depth information about all sorts of buildings along the way, including: * Milwaukee Public Library * Wisconsin Center * Grand Avenue Mall * The Riverside Theater * The Faison Building * The Iron Block Building * The Wells Building * The Pfister Hotel * The US Courthouse and Federal Building * The Gas Light Building * Northwestern Mutual Headquarters * U.S. Bank Center * Milwaukee Art Museum There are a number of others too. But we don't have any record of you actually downloading and starting the tour, and it seems as if you might have missed the instructions we provided about how to use VoiceMap. Did you see the steps described on your ticket PDF, under Before You Go? You need to install the app, enter the code we provide, and then press start after you arrive at the starting point. We'd really like to understand what went wrong here. You can email me at [email protected]. Thanks.
