Husband, son, and I took the bus tour. Our primary guide was Kelsey and our driver was Pete. They were super knowledgeable and entertaining. Kelsey has an amazing voice and also sings opera. We've taken other tours years ago and this was the best by far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My coworker and I were excited to find the ghost bus tour while on a business trip and booked for a Wednesday night. We took a Lyft from our hotel 20 minutes away and then received a notification at 7:22 pm that our 8 pm tour was cancelled due to not getting enough people booked. After several minutes on hold, I was able to talk to someone. They offered a refund on our tickets or to take the walking tour instead- at FULL PRICE. I asked if there was any discount they would offer due to the last minute cancellation and the fact that we had already traveled downtown for the other tour, and I was offered the $3 off promo code already available online. Given the fact that it was now too late to make other plans for the evening, we went ahead with the walking tour. Sean was a good tour guide, but of all the ghost tours I have taken around the country, I would honestly say this was the least interesting. It seems like the ghost bus tour gets great reviews, so I am disappointed we didn't get to take it.

I drove 6 hours from home to San Antonio; left my dogs at the vet’s kennel at great expense and couldn’t wait to do the Grim Sister’s Ghost Bus Tour which had been booked on October 22, 2019 by my traveling companion. Being in our late 60s and having difficulty doing walking tours we were anxious to get on the bus. We got to the gift shop about 40 minutes earlier than the bus tour was to begin. An email had been sent to us about that same time canceling our tour. Entering the shop we met with 2 other ladies that were about our age who had just found out the tour (our tour) had been canceled. They were dealing with leg difficulties as well. As a group, we offered to pay for another ticket so the tour could continue. The young lady at the shop called the manager to see if we could do this. The manager refused, indicated our money would be refunded and that we could do the walking tour for free. How nice for 4 senior citizens with walking issues. Needless to say we were all disappointed but the more I thought about the situation, the angrier I became. I traveled for this tour, I drove 6 hours to get to this tour, I kenneled my dogs for this tour. Sisters Grim seems to be the only game in town and one I will NEVER again try to use. They obviously don’t care about their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
